杭州「中國人臉識別第一案」
中國一個大學教授將杭州野生動物園告上了法庭，杭州市一家法院正式受理此案。
杭州理工大學教授郭兵2019年4月購買了杭州野生動物世界的年卡，在一年有效期內可以通過驗證年卡及指紋，不限次數入園。
此卡辦理約半年後，杭州野生動物世界通過短信告知郭兵，原指紋識別已經取消，年卡升級為人臉識別，未註冊人臉識別的用戶將無法正常入園。
郭兵認為，面部特徵等個人生物識別信息屬於個人敏感信息，一旦被非法提供或者濫用，將極易危害消費者人身和財產安全。
杭州野生動物世界解釋說，改用人臉識別的初衷是為了方便消費者快速入園。
